This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Againspace subscriptions. We want to ensure you understand your options before subscribing.

2. Subscription Details

Againspace offers a monthly subscription plan at $10 per month. Your subscription automatically renews each month on the anniversary of your subscription date unless you cancel.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties for ending your subscription.

3.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Againspace account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Subscription" or "Billing"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm your cancellation

3.3 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the end of the paid period
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
  • Your account will be downgraded to a free tier (if available) or deactivated at the end of the billing period

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No Refunds for Partial Months

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for subsequent months, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

4.2 Exceptions

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 48 consecutive hours)
  • Unauthorized charges

4.3 Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Payment Failures

If your payment method fails during subscription renewal:

  • We will attempt to charge your payment method multiple times
  • You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
  • If payment cannot be processed after several attempts, your subscription will be cancelled
  • You may need to update your payment information and resubscribe

6. Reactivation

If you cancel your subscription and later decide to return, you can reactivate your account at any time by subscribing again. Previous data may be retained based on our data retention policies.

7. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing. If we increase prices:

  • We will notify you at least 30 days before the price change takes effect
  • The new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period
  • You may cancel your subscription before the price increase takes effect

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@againspace.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
